SUN: WooHoo!
We're looking at buying a way too expensive house that fronts the wetlands on this beach. So the question is, do we want to work full time for the next 30 years while we pay off the mortgage? On days like this, the beach is pretty hard to beat...
Maybe you could get silent investors. They invest, you let them set up a tent on the beach. That doesn't count for relatives who are excited to use your new spare bedroom.
