Next to the wetlands and literally steps to the beach. I'm still trying to understand why it wasn't meant to be. Maybe because two months of my pay would have gone to property taxes. : )

We made a bid on the (overpriced) house next to this wetlands area last spring... two months later it sold for LESS than our bid. Grrr...
